Hey, Duo, it was a lot of fun yesterday, but I still don't think it was fair that the person celebrating his birthday had to be the designated driver. It was great to see you again and it looks like living at Baldrick agrees with you!

I stand by what I told you last week. I'm sure you did fine. Even Sally said so!

Relena, we're watching the Superbowl at Trowa's apartment tomorrow night instead of at the student union. Duo said he'd give you a ride over if you wanted.

I appreciate everyone chipping in for the hotel room tonight. The view from the Marriott is breathtaking, it's not too far from the Lincoln Center, and I hope you didn't all waste your money helping me get here. I still can't believe you all did this for me.

I'm sorry I missed the party, but I wasn't counting on being called back to the dean's office that afternoon. Duo, I'm really sorry I missed you guys - I feel like I haven't seen you since you moved out! You and I have a lot to catch up on, but that'll have to wait until I get back. Heero, thanks a million. I know you don't know for what but I'll explain later. Wufei, I appreciate for putting up with the nights when Trowa and I had some impromptu duets the past couple of weeks. Dorothy, I hope you know what you're doing, and Relena! You can't tell me that and not send photos! What made you think of dressing as Lara Croft, anyway? I can't thank you enough for coming with Trowa to see me off, and for the hug. I miss you, too.

Trowa, when you get a chance, I'd appreciate if you'd call me. It's starting to sink in and I don't know if I'm going to be able to sleep tonight.

It’s toga party time ……

You’ve been invited to a toga party, the rules state is that you MUST wear a toga, AND that you MUST use the sheets that are on your bed now. What will your toga look like?

Las Vegas is everything that it appears to be on film and more, but it really needs to be experienced to believe it. The hotels are so huge and tall that it looks like they're so much closer than they really are.

For Christmas Eve, almost all of us went to see the Blue Man Group at the Venetian. Lu realized this morning she was coming down with a cold and we ordered in room service for dinner before I had to leave. Duo sat with me and Relena, Trowa and Dorothy were on Relena's other side, and Wufei and Milliardo were in the row ahead of us, with Heero and Drew.

Relena is full of surprises. She was probably the most animated of all of us during the show, and she and I seemed to be the only ones really having any fun, although Trowa and Dorothy probably enjoyed it, too.

Duo asked me earlier today what I did with his hamster for the holiday and I told him that she was in good hands; I'd arranged for Sally to watch Berbil one of the times she'd tried to call him the week before finals. He didn't have anything to say after that.

Lu and I were going to spend Christmas together but she called earlier to tell me that she'd gotten worse and didn't to spoil my fun, so I'll try to see if Duo and Relena want to get together tonight.

It seems very strange being here for the holidays.

I think Kerri has been on a mission to make sure that this side of Delphi's West Wing is going to have the most Christmas lights hanging. She started after Thanksgiving with the multicolored ones along the walls, by the ceiling, and then she alternated used the white and blue ones to go around all the doors.

Our door has the white lights.

I've finally decided what I want to do for my composition next semester and Trowa has agreed to give me an honest opinion once I've started on it after the holidays.

I found Berbil out on the sofa Monday night. Her cage was on the bookshelf against the wall and she'd gotten out again. I brought her in here for now but I'm not sure what is going to happen to her over the break.

Duo's still not speaking to me. I think the only person he talks to at all anymore is Sally.

I think Berbil's hungry. She's running around in her cage and digging in the corners. I'd better go feed her.

So I assume it's back on?
